Raven Crest is a holistic retreat center for herbalism and other mindful, Earth centered practices, nestled into the forested hills of upstate New York. We offer workshops and retreats to honor our connection with Nature and Self, and learn from the healing wisdom of medicinal plants. 325 acres of beautiful herb gardens, creeks, ponds, woodlands and meadows invite you to explore, learn, and connect to your deepest source of inspiration.

We grow a large variety of beautiful medicinal plants and flowers in our herb garden around the main house and more medicine and food in our forest garden a short walk away.  Our beehives pollinate the flowers in our sanctuary. Wander the land and enjoy a visit to our earth sheltered greenhouse and lush terraced gardens.

A short walk from the main house, surrounded by woods and bird song, lies the beautifully decorated and secluded cabin with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and large deck. Two wooden platforms invite to pitch a tent or to enjoy your yoga practice. The fire pit longs for a bonfire and frogs in the small pond serenade you to sleep during summer nights.

Sleeps 2-4. Additional camping space available. 

A cozy and peaceful space, our newly renovated guest house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, open kitchen and living room, large deck and outdoor fire pit welcomes you to rest and rejuvenate. The Mullein House is a 5 minute walk through the forest away from the main house.

Sleeps 7-9. Additional camping space is available.

Gorgeous round wooden structure with reciprocal roof, built with love and intention for sacred circle work.

Sits 20 in a circle and can house 10-13 for a yoga class. Heated.

Our beautiful pond with a large platform at the main house invites to meditate and enjoy a swim. Two more swimming ponds, in the forest garden and beyond, beckon to play with the waters.

Surrounded by woods and the sound of a waterfall lies a beautiful 17'x28' timber framed structure that offers space for 20 yogis to practice and meditate under a clear roof. This is also a magical space to teach.

Two small creeks join in front of the main house and rush together over several small cascades in a magical setting. There are many lovely spots in this water temple to meditate, rejuvenate and sing. 

Up behind the cabin, hugged by trees, lies a large nest built out of branches for gatherings and meditation. Allows 20–25 people to sit together in a circle. The altar space can be the center of sacred ceremony.
